Returns and changing orders
As a consumer customer, you have the right to cancel an order you placed in an online store or otherwise remotely within 14 days of receiving the products you ordered. However, you do not have the right to cancel if the products you ordered were manufactured or modified according to your requirements. Therefore, the right of cancellation does not apply to, for example, cut-to-measure products.
Cancellation of the order is possible and the customer has the right to a refund only when the product is returned new, unused and undamaged, with the original tags in place or in its original, unopened packaging, if the product has its own packaging. The product must be returned within 14 days of making the cancellation notice. Failure to pick up the goods from the post office or other pick-up point without a separate notice of cancellation is not considered a cancellation of the order.
The customer is responsible for the delivery costs caused by returning the products. The ordered product can be exchanged for another one under the same conditions and procedures as the order can be canceled.
